FIRST Mid-Atlantic is seeking hosts for future District Competitions. If your team’s school or venue is interested in hosting a FIRST Mid-Atlantic District Competition, please fill out our Venue Evaluation Form and a member of the Venue Selection Committee will contact you to schedule a site visit.

Protocol for MAR – LEC Responsibilities

Off-Season Competition

Hosting an off-season event is a tremendous amount of work and yet a very rewarding experience to both the host team and all its participants. It can serve as a team-bonding experience, fundraiser, or rookie training event. FIRST Mid-Atlantic can provide a competition field for a venue to use.

Consideration should be given to the rules and tips outlined by FIRST to host an off-season event.

Please contact Brian Sherman (Chair, Equipment Committee) with any questions or to reserve FIRST Mid-Atlantic’s Off-Season Field (bsherman@midatlanticrobotics.org). The field is available from June 1 through November 15 of each year.
